Bacon number - Kevin Bacon, a well known actor, inspired a college movie game called Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon, which is centred around finding the Bacon number of an arbitrary actor or actress. The Bacon number of an actor or actress is determined by the follow rules:

ErdÅ‘s-Bacon number - A person's ErdÅ‘s-Bacon number is the sum of their ErdÅ‘s number and their Bacon number. To have a finite ErdÅ‘s-Bacon number, one must therefore have both appeared in a film and co-authored a mathematical paper.

Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon - The trivia game Six Degrees of Kevin Bacon, inspired by the stage play Six Degrees of Separation, requires a group of players to connect any film actor to Kevin Bacon as quickly as possible and in as few links as possible (see Small World Phenomenon). The name, of course, is a pun on the play's title and its rhyming with Bacon's name.

Bacon butty - A bacon butty is essentially a bacon sandwich on white or brown bread, usually with some form of sauce on it. Streaky or back bacon may be used.

Francis Bacon, a self-taught painter, became one of the greatest artists of the twentieth century. Here he speaks openly to his close friend Michel Archimbaud who sets out to discover the man behind the paintings. His searching questions shed a new light on Bacon's work in spite of his claim that he finds it impossible to talk about his painting. He talks candidly about his childhood, his relationship with his father, his friends nutrients of bacon and the influences which have shaped his art.
